Alix Foundation will receive funding applications until October 1

Organization has given $4 million in its 30-year history

The Judith & Norman Alix Foundation says it is now receiving funding applications for local capital projects, with a deadline of October 1, 2016.

JNAF-LogoThe “intake” is the second of the year, according to a media release.

To be eligible for funding, projects must be located in Lambton County. Additional eligibility criteria are listed on the Foundation’s website.

Over its 30-year history, the Foundation has given about $4 million to various projects, including the installation of artificial turf at Norm Perry Park in Sarnia and the construction of the Judith & Norman Alix Art Gallery in Sarnia.
