An employee injured when van crashes into store in Forest

A 37-year-old Wallaceburg man had quite a start on Wednesday at about 5 pm
Terry Sawchuk was going about his business as an employee at the Bargain Shop in Forest when he was struck by a van that crash through the front of the Main Street store.
He was taken to hospital in Sarnia and treated for minor injuries.
Lambton OPP say a 78-year-old woman was driving her 2003 Honda van into the parking lot of The Bargain Shop when it accelerated, crashed into the front doors, striking a store employee and knowing down shelves and displays more than 10 metres inside the storm.
No other customers or store staff were injured.
The driver of the van, June Joan CROZIER from Plympton Twp was not injured. 
Although there is no preliminary estimate, damage to the vehicle and store contents is extensive. 
The investigation is continuing.
