Dave Thomas, a keyboardist and singer who now calls Sarnia home, will perform at the Lawrence House this Sunday, December 10 in a concert supported by a County of Lambton Creative County Fund grant. The event is part of the House Concert Series.
Thomas will be playing a variety of his favourite piano-based rock and pop songs from the 70s and 80s.
Formerly from Nashville, Tenn., Thomas has been playing piano and keyboards for all but five of his 60 years, performing and recording with various artists around the U.S. and Canada. He, along with his wife, Erin, operate a successful tutoring studio for aspiring musicians.
Dave and Erin were both U.S. Marine bandsmen and they have three sons, all of whom play, sing and perform. Dave has played for a U.S. president as well as for Ray Charles, Gloria Estefan, Kenny G., and many other industry luminaries.
