John Lennox of Toronto is the grand prize winner of this year’s Bluewater Health Foundation Dream Home Lottery, a fundraising event that raises hundreds of thousands of dollars for equipment at Bluewater Health in Sarnia-Lambton.

The grand prize package is valued at $554,485.91, according to the Bluewater Health Foundation site. Proceeds from this year’s event are earmarked for the purchase of a new CTD scanner, considered to be the “workhorse” of the imaging department.

The Dream Home this year, which is located at 3866 Arie Crt in Camlachie, was built by Elite Homes Ltd. and is valued at approximately $475,000.

The grand prize winner can elect to take $300,000 cash or keep the home.
