Poetry meeting

Six Ontario anthology editors/contributors including Keith Inman, an internationally published, award-winning poet and Fran Figge, President of The Ontario Poetry Society (TOPS) will join local writers for this National Poetry Month celebration. Hosted by TOPS, the afternoon event will include book launches, featured readings by Inman, Figge and Sarnia-Lambton poets Norma West Linder, Rhonda Melanson, Venera Fazio, and Lynn Tait. Lambton County writer Debbie Okun Hill will emcee. An Open Mike will follow with participants encouraged to share “road or journey” themed work. Sign up for the open mike readers is at the door. Organizers acknowledge the support of the Canada Council for the Arts and the League of Canadian Poets. Admission is free. Public welcome.
