Meet some cute animals

Diversity of Living Things is coming to Hiawatha Horse Park and Entertainment Centre this weekend in Sarnia. Have a chance to meet more than 30 live animal exhibits including a baby sloth, kangaroo, skunk, barn owl, alligator, snakes and so much more. Cost is $14.50 a person with children 2 or younger getting in free. A family of four is $56. Christmas shopping at the Holiday Market

This Friday evening (November 24th) at Degroot’s Nursery is the Holiday Market sponsored by Mainstreet Credit Union.  The event connects one of a kind distributors, food, seasonal music and selfies with Santa. Christmas Open house at Paulina’s Flower Shoppe

Paulina’s Flower Shoppe (1018 Murphy Rd) opens it’s doors this Saturday, November 25th from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. During the open house, you can shop for unique holiday gifts and decor, warm up by the fireside with a cup of cocoa from their hot cocoa bar and enjoy finger foods from local Sarnia food businesses. Winter Wonderland Kid’s Fun Fest is back

The annual Winter Wonderland Kid’s Fun Fest, presented by Mainstreet Credit Union is back at Degroot’s Nursery. Bring the kids and enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride, festive crafts, face painting, delicious food, live music and meet Santa Claus. There will also be a kid’s talent contest for two age categories 6-10 and 11-15 yrs. Tickets are $10r. Kids under 3 are free. Paint it Forward Paint Party

Come out and support the Kidney Foundation of Canada at The Twisted Arm restaurant (1249 London Rd) on Sunday, November 26th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Join local artist Cat Cabajar as she walks you step by step through creating a fun Holiday Snowman with a twist.
