Cinco de Mayo

This Saturday May 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. celebrate Cinco de Mayo at the Sarnia Children’s Library. Enjoy games, crafts and other activities. Walk So Kids Can Talk

This Sunday, May 6th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the¬†Kiwanis Pavilion at Canatara Park, Canadian’s are joining nationwide to support KidsHelpPhone.ca. This “powerful, confidential resource is available to Canada’s youth 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is a wonderful charity to support. This event is sponsored by BMO. Roller Skating

Get your skates out and head to Clearwater Arena for open roller skating. All ages are welcome (people under 16 must wear a helmet). Rentals will be available on a first served basis The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. Admission is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 under 16 years. For more information call Brad at 519-384-0612.

Celtic Evening

Attend a Celtic evening of dance at the Imperial Theatre this May 5th at 7:00 p.m. The Sarnia School of Irish Dancers return to perform for their 19th year at the theatre. They will be performing intricate hard and soft shoe steps sharing the stage with Celtic fiddlers, pipers and Highland dancers. Renowned Celtic fusion band Rant Maggie Rant returns as special guests. Ticket prices are $18.00 for adults, $15.00 for seniors/ students and $60.00 for a four pack. To purchase tickets, please visit  HERE.

Paint Day at the Moose Lodge

Join fellow aspiring artists at the Moose Lodge 1046 at 874 Philip Street for a day of painting with renowned artists Will Graham on May 6th from 1p.m. to 5 p.m. Graham, the owner of the Neon Crab is a well known artist in the London, Strathroy and Hamilton. He will be teaching how to create personal masterpieces. Registration is at the Lodge bar and there are a limited number of seats available. Tickets are $40.00 per person. This event is open to all ages.
