Former Greenwood Inn gets major facelift in another example of downtown rebirth

Developers have invested in property, with 22 'executive-style' rooms available for monthly rent

Two local Realtors—Patrick Coutu and Jim Pumple—are central to a project that has seen the former Greenwood Inn at 117 Christina Street N. undergo a major rebirth.

The property has been configured to an executive-style building with 22 rooms that have been outfitted with individual heating and air conditioning, internet and Netflix, 48-inch smart TVs, three-piece bath, fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee makers.

The rooms have a queen size bed, linens, weekly housecleaning and linen change. There is an onsite laundry.

Prices for the rooms range from $650 to $900 a month, say Pumple and Coutu.

The developers are planning an open house this Thursday, Dec. 14 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
