Harmony for Youth’s ‘Haunted House’ ready give you a scare

Now in its 20th year running, this year's event is at west entrance of Lambton Mall

For the last two decades, Harmony for Youth, the local organization dedicated to bettering
the next generation of Sarnia-Lambton youth, has been entertaining the community with its legendary “Haunted House.”

That tradition continues starting this weekend. with this year’s event taking place in the former Running Room space at Lambton Mall.

Organizers, including Paul Kearney, a long-standing volunteer who serves as president of Harmony’s board, have decorated the space in their usual creative way.

The Haunted House—with a $10 per visit admission fee—will run Fridays and Saturdays in October from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

A special “kiddy showing” will take place on October 31 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. for a “special” price.

Sponsors of the event include Optimist International, United Way Sarnia-Lambton and Lambton Mall.

Story was updated to reflect the correct space used at Lambton Mall. It is the former Running Room store, not Sears.
