Helen Lomax brings an enviable level of energy to her community—and beyond

Consulting on a variety of team-building skills, Lomax is well known beyond Lambton County

Helen Lomax, a native of Sarnia-Lambton, spent many years following her graduation from St. Francis Xavier University, where she studied adult education, helping the people in organizations go places they might never have gone without her coaching and leadership skills.

Today, she heads Pathways & Transitions, a consultancy based in nearby Alvinston but with “tentacles” throughout North America.

She’s a broadcaster, with her own show on COGECO TV (Workplace Puzzle, episodes of which are available on demand), and is very active in the community, including through her membership in the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce.

In this episode of Spotlight, J.D. Booth, Editor and Publisher of Lambton Shield, speaks with Lomax about her background, some of the advice she brings to people she works with, and generally her outlook on life.
