It’s a fall tradition for Sarnia’s Lighthouse Community Church, located at 152 Parker Street (at the corner of Nelson) and organizers are inviting their neighbours—near and far—for free popcorn, cotton candy, hot dogs, roast pork, baked beans and coleslaw.

Plus there will be lots of “family-friendly” components to this Saturday’s event (September 7), running from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Included in the plans are an appearance by Ariel Princess and Spider-man, with face painting, a rock wall, and giant inflatables.

There is also a contest to determine the best-tasting barbeque sauce.

Jeremy Clever of Netherby Music will be entertaining in the parking lot from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and later, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the church sanctuary.

All are welcome.
