OPP arrest Toronto pair after U.S. refuses entry, Canadian officials ID stolen property

Lambton OPP report the arrest of two men from Toronto who were first refused entry into the U.S., then detained by Canada Border Services Agency officers when they returned to Canada.

The incident occurred Saturday, Sept. 17 at about 7 p.m. according to a media release.

The pair, identified as Ousman Sillah and Sheku Mansaray, both 26, are each charged with three counts of Possession of Stolen Property and are in custody waiting for a bail hearing.

Canada Border Services Agency officials had called the OPP for assistance; an investigation revealed what was described as small electronic devices in the possession of the accused.

The investigation is continuing, said police.
