Tonight’s the night, Rock The Park officially kicks off it’s 10th anniversary milestone three-day bash in London’s Harris Park starting off on an adrenalin-fueled note with none other than Canadian favorites The Trews and Tragically Hip.
This week on The Show, David joins regional UNDER THE COVERS winner Glenn McKinnon and 3rd Wave on their bus trip to London’s Norma Jean’s to watch them compete against three other finalist bands – hailing respectively from the other three Blackburn Radio markets – for a spot to open this year’s Rock The Park in London’s Harris Park.
Last month, after weeks of narrowing down local finalists from a plethora of outstanding homegrown rock cover bands, local rock station K106.3 selected three deserving finalists – 3rd Wave, Pöwer Hoüse and Ugly – to compete at London’s Norma Jean’s for a chance to open this year’s Rock The Park on Jul.
