Rotarians holding annual book sale at Bayside Centre starting this Friday

Event, now in its 15th year, includes more than 30,000 used books

Bargain shoppers from last year's Rotary book sale will likely be back for the 15th annual sale, which takes place this coming weekend.

Members of the Rotary Club of Sarnia Bluewaterland have made quite a tradition of their annual book sale that takes place starting this Friday, January 11 and runs through the weekend.

Now in its 15th year, the sale will take place at the Bayside Centre in downtown Sarnia and organizers say there will be an assortment of more than 30,000 used books (both hard and soft cover) available for sale.

Hours are Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday (when shoppers will be able to “fill a bag for $5”) takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There is free underground parking on Friday and Saturday.

Proceeds from the sale go to support club projects.
