Sarnia Police make second arrest in area of RIDE operation

Concurrent with a Sarnia Police RIDE operation around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 18, Sarnia Police say they observed a Dodge pick-up truck exiting a parking lot in the area of Indian Rd. and Devine St.

After following the truck, officers stopped the vehicle and sought a sample of the driver's breath for a roadside screening device. The driver is said to have registered a fail.

Police say they found a small amount of marijuana on the driver.

The driver was held until sober and released on a Promise to Appear.
