Three more break-ins reported to Sarnia Police

Three more break-ins were reported to Sarnia Police yesterday (July 18).

Sometime during the night on July 16, 2011, unknown persons entered a business located in the 1800 block of London Line. Police say access was gained by breaking a wooden garage door panel. Once inside, the culprits removed goods valued at over $2,000.

A second incident occurred shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Monday,. someone entered a compound of a business located in the 1100 block of Confederation. The fence was cut and the suspects removed a 1997 white Ford pick up truck that was unplated. The truck was locked at the time. Items were loaded into the truck, the chain lock was cut off the gate and the truck was driven away.

The third incident occurred sometime before noon on Monday when unknown persons entered a residence in the 1300 block of Lakeshore Road, while the home owner was outside. These thieves removed jewelry and pried open a locked cabinet.
